Opened a case with CCMA. Employer refuses my 2 weeks resignation notice and demands I give 2 months notice. I took a "copy" of my contract that was lying out in the open at work for anyone to see ,now they openwd a case of theft against me. They also threatened and intimidated me. They also approached my new employer which tarnishes my professional reputation. They also sent out a notice to all clients stating that I stole from them ,which also harms my professional reputation.
We bought a fridge and microwave barely used in Durbanville just over a year ago and then started seeing roaches in the microwave when used. We got rid of the microwave. We then started seeing them in more places and we never had them before. We also got rid of our hob and oven we had because then we saw them there. We have had two freelance guys here and then the stuff is gone and then they back within two weeks.

Hi! My kitchen sink has been taking longer and longer to completely empty, it is missing the little silver drain bit, so it’s just a hole and I’m afraid a teabag or several teabags or something might be stuck. This last week it’s just gotten much slower, I’ve tried draining chemicals and the baking soda and vinegar, obviously a few days from each other and nothing is working. I’ve taken apart what I could underneath the sink, but the main pipes are all glued together, so I could only take out the U-shaped piece. Essentially, I would need to have those pipes snaked I guess? Maybe redoing the kitchen sink plumbing
Looking to build a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garage Nutec house on a plot in Langvlei Dunes, Between Sedgefield and Wilderness. Also want a patio, all rooms to have built in cupboards, kitchen cupboards, bathrooms to be fully equipped etc. Would like modern finishes but all in all the build doesnt have to be over the top as we're working on a budget. Depending on price of the first build / main house as described above, we also need a 2nd smaller build, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 garage or carport on the same plot. Would like a price estimate for the main 3 bedroom and a price if we do both via your business.

Currently my sister, has against me with my cousins who doesn't stay at home. They turn the house as many things you can count, you found all type of person. I don't feel safe even I arrived at home. We have cameras on the property however it doesn't seem we have a dvr system. The cameras have power to them and all I can see is the cables coming into one of the bedrooms I am looking for a qoute to get these cameras connected to the wifi so that we can view them on our phones. Recording wise I am okay with 5 days worth of footage. There are about 6 cameras. Thanks

In our sun room three polycarbonate sheets need to be replace. Two sheets approx. 4 meters long and one sheet approx. 5 meters long. Owing to the gale force winds on Friday last week the sheets were damaged. On acceptance of a quote the contractor needs to measure the sheets on site before replacement.
Our house is built with break face. We want to extend a kitchen which is approximately 3.5X3.5m. We want to extend it by 1.3mX3.5m . We also want to open door through the current bathroom that will get you into a new approximately 1.80X2.90 bathroom that we want to build. The new bathroom will need two new walls and one long one because the other long one will be the already built one for the main bedroom. We also want to extend another bedroom wall that will fit an ordinary 3 door wardrobe. The wall of the extended wall forming sort of a cave for the wardrobe will be divining a "cave" and a new bathroom. We don't know how to calculate square metres unfortunately. This is as far as I can describe this project.
