I am seeking legal assistance regarding an attempted and, in my view, unlawful termination of my month-to-month residential lease at The Atlanta Amberfield City. The landlord has issued a termination notice effective 30 November , allegedly due to repeated fines for supposed breaches of the estate’s conduct rules. I have disputed these fines in writing, as they are unsupported by evidence and procedurally defective. Hi just that my son biological father has not been present for 7 years ...5 years ago we reach out as there was a clinical mistake made we apologized nd tried to get them involved he refused to in these years we have not forced them to do anything ...the biological father then said he wants ntn to do with the child and for us to respectfully leave him alone as we did he i jave all tje messageas to when we reached out to him nd his family ..now we have given them opportunity to come back into his life ..but now it's become demanding and threatening with alot of entitlement also he asked to be apart of the child life ..not the other way around..also the biological father very narcissistic and like to play the victim they have only been present 6 months and are now trying to poison the child nd run our house hold by constantly tell us what we need to do ... The biological father as well as his grandfather very narcissistic has no respect with communication or anything concerning Haydon .. I have then reached out to a lawyer That has explained to me to stop all communication and visitation As the biological father at this point has no legal rights and has to go and apply for it as he has not been present for 7 years and also has no proof.of paternity in this case His supposed lawyer explained the same to him ..but lies to us nd tell us Lawyers wants us to send medical records which we trying ro understand what does that have to do with the case ...he was advised that if he goes to the lawyers everything that they need they will contact me as we knw procedures ..I also have those.messages saved and printed I was also advice to get a protection order as we have explained that when he does not get his way he either threatens us or then tells Haydon he is not safe with Me nd he should not worry they are going to take him away This has now instilled fear and intermidation on Haydon to a point that he doesn't not want to go there anymore.. And let's just say the biological father does not take things very well if he does not get his way .. Its a despute over my lost dog that was found people refusing to return my dog as they state they found the dog in neglected state. Which is true as it was lost in raining weather. Called police and they went with me where the people stated that they will come along with the spca to inspect that the living conditions is safe for the animal in the morning, the police then advised me to go to court to get an letter of demand
Good day. Monday 17 November I saw something out of the corner of my eye. This morning when I got up to go to work as I entered the kitchen I saw one Rodent running into the cupboard. I waited awhile fetched a broom and forcefully stuck it in the gap. That's when it ran out of the cupboard till under the fridge. I informed my wife and went to work. She called me later just after 11:00 to confirm that she also saw it. We left the door open the whole day hoping for it to run out the door, but we don't know if it left the house yet.
