My wife and I have drawn up a settlement agreement which includes terms we have both agreed upon including assets, finances, visitation and maintenance expectations. We are ready to have our papers reviewed and submitted. We are not happy to get divorced naturally but we are in full agreement and neither one of us disagree in any way, we came to a mutual amd friendly settlement. .
I'm married for 15 years now I'm unemployed I have 3 children with my husband 21,17,15 of age my husband has never been fully responsible for us but he's working every month is excuses. He's mother is a pensioners and she is the one to help support me and my kids. My husband is always in debt not knowing what he does with he's money I've always been supported and understanding until up know to find out that he's having affairs outside of our marriage that's one of the reason he makes us suffer.. The reason why I can't find work is because I dropped out of school at the age of 16 years due to being pregnant with our first born.So since I've found out know that he's living double life's I want to take him to court for spouse and children mantanance I would really like you to help me to how should I go about this issue. Hes working for government he doesn't pay rent, we don't have a car he doesn't pay electricity or even having any accounts of sorts. Our two last born are still attending school but it's government school so we don't have to pay school fees except for buying school uniforms and stationary and when ever they needs other personal things at school and because the school is nearby they walk to school sometimes they don't even have food to take school so they will eat at the feeding sceem at school in total there's nothing this man is doing for me and my children I'm hopelessl I don't know what to do anymore so I'm only left with this option now please help me 😭😭😭😭😭😭
My ex husband and I divorced many years ago. My home is the primary residence. He never stuck to the amounts payable so I let him take the kids for half the time. He paid for school fees only for all these years but nothing else. He took care of everything for 2 weeks a month when they were with him and I took care of the 2 weeks when they were with me. He always earned 3 or 4 times my salary but his salary decreased alot over the past few years. I worked casually for a few years and currently my salary is less than 1/3 of his. Recently things have changed in his home environment and the kids don't feel emotionally safe. The kids are refusing to go to him. They don't even want to visit. We had several discussions with him and the kids have explained in detail but he says they are lying. I have witnessed some of the things. He is refusing for the school transport to pick them up and not willing to pay a cent for food if they don't come to him. He even said he won't pay school fees from April as he will now need to use that money to hire an attorney.

I have been struggling 16 years for my son's maintenance money. It's 5 years in arrears. Court order states R per Month. My 79th year old father is maintaining my son. I have been divorced since . I want to claim the arrears from my ex-husband, sister who is his immediate family. Since he claims he is jobless.
My previous employer, refuses to pay me what they owe me. I also used a company fuel cards, which was part of my CTC (R allowance) on 2 occasions they deducted large amounts from my salary claiming I overspend, but they refuse to provide me with the fuel card statements, as I noticed the prior months the usage was R and R which is impossible considering my mileage done was around km . My manager also made my life a living he'll, treated me unfairly, spoke to my colleagues about my personal matters, refused to approve a quote for a new laptop charger as mine was faulty....despite the fact that I said I would pay for it, As a result I wasn't able to use the company laptop for nearly a month. I had a meeting with HR, and we had an informal meeting in Oct , the unfair treatment and discrimination continued, there was a sales conference for invited people only, they went away for 2 days, I was tge ONLY new business sales consultant not invited, she often didn't add the to meeting invitations, and the day I resigned she told me I smell. (Which is not true as per my colleagues, I was so self conscious and upset, I asked a colleague if she had ever smelt an odor on me, as we work in close proximity) I have 19 pages of documented incidents that took place in the 7 months I worked there. After my departure, one of my colleagues, my bosses lapdog, sent me messages asking about my new employment, which I answered truthfully, I later found out she also called my new employer to enquire about my employment status, and then later questioned one of my new employees when they happened to be at the same tender briefing). When they refused to pay me and ignored my emails requesting the fuel card statements and a copy of the fuel card policy, I informed them that I would have no option but to take the matter further. The next day she sends me a formal letter, asking me to to stop contacting their employees, and asking about business matters - This couldn't be further from the truth, I have not contacted her employees, I have all the call logs and messages,which I saves in case something like this happened, the employees, keep contacting me, asking me for work and If they can send me their CV's, which i didnt want to fo as I have a restraint, another keeos calling for help with pricing for quotes she needs to do, and another lady wanted pictures of my dogs puppies. They then called my fiend in and asked her to stop comm7nicating with me....we don't even discuss business, we have better things to do with our private time than to discuss her or the company. It's actually quite creepy the way they keep harassing me despite, having left the company as she wanted. I would like to find out if I have a case and how much it would cost for legal assistance and representation?
This has to do with a housing rental agreement gone wrong. The agents withheld money from the landlord. The landlord ended the mandate with the agent for breach of contract and missing money. My lease with the agent came to an end yesterday (28 Feb ), but I agreed with the owner to stay on one more month. The owner wanted me to stay on for longer but we could not agree to the conditions of the new lease he offered me. He demands i pay the rental directly to him instead of the agents because he is scared the agents keep this money too, and the agents are also demanding that I pay them. In the meantime, considering that the agent has already kept some of the landlord's money, I am very worried that I will never see my deposit again.
