Resigned due to constructive dismissal during probation
I currently have a court order requiring me to pay maintenance to my ex-husband for both of our sons. Our eldest son, Logan, is now 18 and has moved in with me. His father and I have agreed to share his tertiary education costs 50/50 for next year. These fees are substantial, and I will need to take out a loan to cover my portion. This agreement is not reflected in the existing court order. Despite Logan now living with me, his father refuses to contribute towards his day-to-day living expenses. I approached the maintenance court, and they advised that I must complete two forms: 1. An application to amend the existing court order to remove Logan; and 2. A separate application where Logan (as an adult) must lodge his own maintenance claim against his father. I need confirmation whether this is the correct legal procedure and the most cost-effective way to proceed with amending the maintenance order and securing appropriate contributions for Logan’s living expenses.

I then left the family home in fear of my life. My wife approached the father and he threatened her with a firearm and intentionally bumped her. Left my wife in a cast for 4 months. We opened a case against the father of which he is my wife's uncle. The case is still on going and being postponed. The son is representing the father in the case. Who recently opened his law firm. The father then opened a counter charge against myself and my wife. The court declined the charge and closed the charge or case. Today myself and my wife received a letter of demand from the sons law firm stating that they want R3 million for his sister dignity and for a claim she made 2 years ago against me and the court ruled it out due to lack of evidence. Can we counter sue the law firm, the father and the sister. Or can we add this to the case that we opened against the father for gbv. We also opened protection orders against the father and the judge/court served him with the protection order.
I am a South African citizen (Christian) and want to get married to a Palestinian citizen(Muslim). As it is very dufficult to find an Imam who will do an interfaith wedding, we are planning to do an online Nikah ceremony. The wedding will then be registered in Utah, USA, to get an Apostilled marriage certificate. We then want to use this marriage certificate to apply for a spousal visa in South Africa. Should we explain in the application how the wedding was done and will DHA accept this?

My father in law, who is based in Angola, owns a house in South Africa (Sandton). The property is currently in poor condition. There is outstanding debt on the house with both the bank and the municipality. We are looking for a lawyer who can assist with negotiating the amounts due with the bank and the municipality in order to reduce the liability as much as possible, and then assist with transferring the house into one of our names.
Graves of our grand parents, great grand parents and other family members are in a mining area in Rustenburg. We were moved to Schaapskraal. When we have to visit our grave site we have to ask for permission from the mine. They then give us the date and time. Its such an inconvenience. Had given a friend my other bank account to use for over a year and during that period there was stolen money which passed through the account. Since the account is in my name I took was apprehended yet had no clue what had transpired as I never wanted to pry into her finances the time she used my account.
