I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.

We have a block of town houses in Reitzpark that need to have some cleaning and maintenance of premises. Town house gardens are already maintained by renters. i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. There may be one cabinet door in the kitchen that will need to be painted as well.
needs to use eco products as to not affect the septic system. Ironing cant be done as we do not own a ironing board. as well as washing will be done by hand by owner if someone can just help her wring it out and obviously hang up and take down and fold up.as she has no strength in her hands and machine is not connected.
A little about me: I am requesting assistance in styling a 3-bedroom apartment working with the layout in existence (no major rehab please). I expect to be closing on this week in a new development (Living/Dining/Entryway/Main Bed areas). My style is modern/comfortable/accessible. I also want to integrate things that I brought from my place of origin (photos, artifacts etc.) just to create a home feel. I like plants and spaces that create opportunities for mental/spiritual wellness. I spend alot of time watching media when I'm not working so I'd love a good media/sound system. Note: the bathroom and entrance windows is the same (in terms of design and configuration) as the kitchen, except instead of three glass/window-panels there is only 2x per unit. Double glazing would be ideal for blocking out loud noise and for insulation as my apartment sits on the fourth floor close to the freeway and Harbour in Durban.
Image attached: 1. Front door with padlock and glass panel above. I would like to replace the timber door and possibly the doorframe (if possible). And I would prefer the clear glass panel to be replaced with a solid panel to match the finish of the timber, inside and outside. Ideally all to be painted a medium sheen-black on the exterior and a neutral colour paint finish inside. There would need to be provision for a Yale handlock and a knocker/with knob on the exterior. Please suggest a design with raise and fielded panels - I am also open to the idea of a stable door.
