The floor track preferably recessed. The measurements are for doors that meet at a corner 90 degree opening. They can stack separately on either side.

Should the sizes need to adjust a little to get standard doots that are cheaper then this is fine as well as we still need to break the walls. All of them should be black aluminium. Flat roof above garage, surrounded by a small parapet wall, the floor area is covered by tiles would like to have a complete waterproof coverage with the sides slightly against the wall to stop future leakage. The area is approximately 42 sq metres and I have at present leaking problems at the inner edge of the walls.

I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
Normal front door needs replacement (I am not too concerned about looks, so am open to suggestions as to what type) - currently wood but this is the 2nd door in the last 15 years so need some advice. I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.
