My brother is d one iam seeking help for,a criminal broke in at home and he was beaten up and my beother and another was later arrested for his beating on d 20 of february and case hqa been in court twice but its keep on getting postpone,yesterday was postponed for May again,so he needs help,he is earning disability grant so i dont know if he can get d help he needs.

I am a 66 year old female pensioner, and my neighbour filed a complaint of common assault against me. The state is representing her and I have been represented by a lawyer from Legal Aid who is extremely reluctant to help me. This case has been in the Belville Magistrate Court for 8 months now. Obviously, my financial situation is limited. I did make enquiries to engage a private attorney at the onset of this case but I couldn't afford the quotes given.
Background: Incorrect capturing of my June GCC examination results by a college. According to the official marks issued by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE), my June results were as follows: • Plant Knowledge – 23% • Legal Knowledge – 65% However, when I received my results from the institution, the marks were captured incorrectly and reflected as: • Plant Knowledge – 65% • Legal Knowledge – 23% As a result of this incorrect capture, I was misled into believing that I had failed Legal Knowledge and passed Plant Knowledge. Acting in good faith and relying on the official communication issued by your institution, I rewrote Legal Knowledge in November , where I obtained 89%. This administrative error has caused serious prejudice to me, including: • Delay in completing my GCC qualification • Risk exposure under my employer’s three-attempt policy • Delay in permanent appointment and salary progression • Potential termination risk under fixed-term contract company rule.
Agent presented an OTP, did not explain any of the clauses in the contract besides saying it’s for banks approval for the bond and a legal binding document and nothing else. She gave us 46 pages, showed us where to sign in less than 30 minutes we than left. Dear Lawyer, regarding the maintenance case, I have concerns about the DNA test process. The mother works at a different DNA lab (Pretoria/Cape Town) and wasn't present during the test. The aunt's behaviour was disruptive, and I'm concerned about potential interference given the mother's lab access. I'd like to request a redo of the DNA test for validity. The R monthly maintenance is too high; can we discuss adjustments? I'd also like the child enrolled in a government school.
A developer held the keys for the house was newly build claiming that I owe them and now the bank assisted with the sale of the house but there is a shortfall of then the bank offered 50% discount meaning the other 50 % must come from me.
