I simply want to remove my partner from the company as the partnership is not working out, she has 50% ownership, she is not on the registration and no contract in place. the company has no assist or money value to claim on, she did not buy into the company i gave it to her for free, more than n year has passed, and things are not working out, although we did do some jobs and she did get some money and she did loan more than than R50 from the company , i am willing to wright it off, i just want a her off legally from the company.
Warrant of arrest out due to a missed court date for maintenance. He has been attending court for almost three years now for maintenance and missed a court date last month and now there is a warrant of arrest out. Police suggested he gets a lawyer to go to police station to help with the matter. He missed court date because he was out of town trying to get a job.

I was unfairly dismissed in l, and the criminal who worked hand in hand with the Management didn't even attend the case neither called for questioning. The Management made sure that He remains protected also the investigation was put aside together with camera footages of the Truck. Since I was employed as crew man and the criminal was the driver of the truck I was using that day.
I plan to renovate as follows: Alterations to the living/dining/kitchen area of the home, effectively involving 1. The removal of three walls 2. Minor extension of three walls 3. Conversion of the ceiling to an open gabled interior 4. Replacement of the vinyl flooring with a polished screed. 5. Addition of two windows and one set of double doors The sketch plan attached shows the area planned for renovation. Also includes addition of two new motorised gates at these north and south ends to allow access and to provide the 25% permeability required. The wall is to be 1.9m in height. My mom past away this year in June. I suspect Faul play for the estate late consultant is never at the office or on leave and I struggle to get answers from her . My niece makes as if everything belongs to her and dishes out my mom's belonging as if it was hers. Absa sits with the will and still they come with all sorts of stories when I asks questions.
