Good day, I would like to find out if you can assist and what pricing would be for a VAT registered company. We currently are with Ariston Global but are looking to change tax practitioners in a similar pricing bracket. We currently use Xero and do our bookkeeping ourselves. We prepare and submit VAT returns to SARS directly through Xero so we would only require; 1. Provisional tax returns 2. Annual financial statements Kind regards, Cameron Daubern

I am essentially a consultant. I do planting design and source plants for projects. I sell a book that I authored. I run some private expenses through the business - not too much, as flying under SARS radar. However the company does have an accumulated loss. So it is a very simple business with some expenses and income, and member's loan transactions. I work in Sage One - so all expenses and invoices are in the system and reports are easy to access. However I do require someone to match/ correct the opening and closing balance, because automatic feeds in Sage leads to duplicates, which creates a discrepancy.
I have a final demand for tax for the business, the business only formally traded in , and i closed the company bank account in with proof from the bank. The business failed and i dont need to liquidate, i need to get the tax submitted to close the company for good. My business failed and i am low on cashflow. Please help with a reasonable quote.
