I am moving into a new home on May 1st and the landlord has mentioned that there is an already installed security system that just needs to be linked to a monitoring and armed response service. This is for a semi-attached house in Parklands.
Service should provide cleaning equipment and consumables. Apartment is 3 bedroom (1 bedroom used as office), 2 bathroom unit of sqm. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring that should be cleaned appropriately. The rest of the apartment has tiled floors. One loose rug in living area. There is an outside patio (included in sqm) to be cleaned as well. There are no pets. No need to do any dishes or laundry.
