I would like to extend the existing 3 floor house on all levels to a create a modern house. Ideally I would like to use steel frame and glass to take advantage of the views. Currently, the ground floor has an open plan kitchen and lounge, the middle floor has 4 bedrooms and the top floor has a family room and garages. I would like to incorporate two guest flatlets as part of the extension.
We have a residential property which contains a main house and 3 flatlets. The flatlets are let out and the newest occupant is presenting problems. Since occupation in June, the other tenants and family who occupy main house are plagued by raucous parties, verbal abuse, vulgar language and week long parties at all hours of the day and night. The new tenant has quickly connected with shadier elements in the neighbourhood and we are battling with an influx in traffic and dodgey visitors who do not belong and are being housed despite strict laws concerning stay over guests. There has been two incidents of theft and a few nights ago a young man was found lurking around in the backyard. We would like to address the problem and prevent such activities as some of the characters now frequenting the property are believed to be involved in drug trafficking and are persons of interest in ongoing investigations in our area. There are young women and children and we are concerned for the safety. What would costs be for 3 days, 15 days, and 30 days?
We bought a house where the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom as well as a second bathroom burned down. These pillars are so difficult to remove the paint . Small gaps and difficult to get to every side . So a qoute for paint removal and new paint + restoration on most of the pillars . Cracks , broken concrete , etc .
