I have a 65 sq m flat, single story. I would like to extend up until the 3 x 9m stoep and enclose. The roof is a zinc flat roof. The 3 rooms will be extended to the end of the stoep. A foundation will need to be installed. The existing 3 x shutter doors will be repositioned. The outer external walls are 50% complete already. Excuse the mess. We had a small storm that day.
