Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

It's a small bathroom in a 1 1/2 bed flat, it needs a makeover. The washbasin is next to the shower, the toilet by the door, I want the toilet next to the shower and the washbasin by the door. Then I think the shower, toilet and washbasin need an upgrade and the bathroom to look like a fairly good hotel one.

I have an open balcony on top of a concrete slab. Under the balcony is my scullery as well as a bedroom. Between the tiled floor and the wall around the balcony, water is leaking into the scullery and bedroom. The leaks are only just where the roof and the wall meets, not any other places on the roof. In the corner of the bedroom you can also see the damp on the wall, just opposite the one outlet of the water on the balcony.

Want to remodel the kitchen, this includes the following: 1. Breakdown 1 wall and build a wall where there is currently an entry way 2. Install new cupboards, counter tops, island, lights, appliances, faucet, back splash, floors 3. The space is estimated at 10 square meters 4. The bathroom, laundry & garage had been added to the existing house and sone time after the initial build, the corrugated roof of this new structure (which includes these 3 areas) was raised. When it rains, it leaks into the old structure on one side (that we are aware of) where the old and new structures meet..
Kitchen: I would like a quote for remodelling the kitchen in the house we have just purchased. I would like to remove all existing cabinets and install modern farm style green cabinets, with a wooden work top. We would want cabinets only on the bottom half and open shelving on the top, as it has a pantry and we would not need cabinets above. I would also like a matching island, preferably with a Butler's sink and space for 3 bar stools. We would also want to replace the existing sinks with butler's sinks.
