I have bought the house in Vosloorus the total amount of the house was R. So I pay the owner R. The balance was R. That I was going to pay later. I decided to put my car on sale so that I can pay the balance. Unfortunately.the garage bend because of electrical folt of the house. So my car bend beyond recognizing. Now they sell the house. That house has no plan and COC they have bought the plan and the citificate COC for the house to be uprove by the bank. To me that is fraudulent sale. Because the house has not met the standard of the rules and regulations of housing
Good day Zobuya paid my employee with an aim to take him over without my concern, he did not mention anything to me until the job is complete because I am the one qualified to do compliancing. When I serve him an invoice He deducted money of which I didn’t know about and my employee I already paid him. The 2nd invoice he has never paid me for 5 months inspection done by the department job accepted progress report submitted the project almost done now we on the last phase.

My spouse received a sectional title unit from the department of human settlements in . We got married ( civil ) on 15th October .Eversince that day the relationship has changed. I am 62 entitled to take early retirement; was handed retrenchment document reason reduction of staff, no figures on original document only formulation; I do not have the original retrenchment document in my possession, follow up Interview I opted for early retirement [ acknowledgment was via email ] not knowing UIF is not applicable; only found out when asking HR, employer was notified before 24hrs via a message to hold back on said decision; was told certain information was forwarded already ; no idea what it was at that point in time and I did not ask the employer; I found out that my medical aid was notified that I am going on retirement; It was said on the 15th [employer] but was sent on the 18th , I approached the employer again to revert back to the initial reason for staff reduction, only to be told termination of contract will allow UIF contribution and realized that the retrenchment package has been lost, UI19 document states my number of years employed which is not correct but a reason was given by the current employer who has taken over the business; on UI19 document states number 5 = termination of employment; I have not completed or signed any documents yet, the way I see this if is if were to hand in the UI19 form and is found out that I opted for early retirement and the UI19 form states termination of employment can cause legality against me; something was mentioned of backdating a document; I started in ; my question is: do I have a valid legal case against the employer ? I had a friend staying with me but he has to leave due to being violent etc but his mom that's in England had an agreement to pay my monies for rent as well as stuff he stole and a tv he broke so I got a letter from court for my money aswell as a protection order that needs to be served I told her about it but now she's threatening me just because if money he and she owes and she doesn't wanna give up his adres to police so letters can be served now he's got a court case on the 20 th march and is trying to leave the country on the 2 Dan january
Ny brother is currently held at Stellenbosch SAPS for a warrent of arrest against him logged 10 years ago. It is a fraud case i think. His court date is tomorrow and he has no attorney. He has been locked up in Delmas since 22/12 and was transported to STB yesterday. He is in no state to represent himself in court tomorrow .
Tenant rents one of the inside the house rooms and agreed to pay R monthly They started to skip 1-2 month rent and would wait till I speak then pay both months but by then the 3rd month would be due and they then started to fall behind. The last rent paid was end of September . They owe me R3, including the January rent which is now due. I made countless reminders since October, every time they promise to pay but nothing till today. I’m in the UK as you can tell my my number but my sister who is next door to my house oversees the house. Am told they now share the room with a boyfriend and desire signing tenancy agreement which specifically says tenants are not allowed to share rooms without permission they went shreds and did just that and stopped paying rent.
Hi- I'm busy with a legal issue since - outstanding amount of , for commission owing. Just require a 2nd opinion. We have been awarded 2 pre trial cases with costs for advocate fees. Case cannot continue till I pay advocate 30 upfront for next case.- or for my lawyers to set up a court date. I am the plaintiff- my ex principle has continuosly been using delaying tactics. Me and my mom we used the money my grandma left to buy food and clothes, at that time we were dependent on my grandma and our grants. Late year we told our aunt's that we used that money and they took us to court and outside of court we made an agreement that they will give us to to arrange the money by September but now they are taking us to court again now accusing us of murdering my grandma for money and also they want to sell the house we are living in
Good day. This is a vindicatory relief matter where the court ruled in my favour. There were te respondents but only the Seventh respondent was the only one who opposed the matter. He brought a notice for leave to appeal application which was heard on the 21st of October and judgement was reserved. I have already executed the order and the property has been transferred to my family trust. The execution of the order happened before the notice for leave application. I am convinced that leave is going to refused and I anticipate that they may petition the SCA for academic reasons. I have been using a law firm to brief counsel as I prepared my application. The issue is the attorney I am using is never available; he does respond to e mails; his office is for ever closed. The counsel did the Initial argument pro bono it only now that he requested cost for two counsels after arguing the notice for leave application
