I would like to institute legal action against ABSA and their attorneys who thought it would be a good idea to freeze all my bank accounts. I have done nothing illegal. I only owe money on an overdraft facility. Their action has made it impossible for me to live for the past 14 months. I am looking for an attorney who will be prepared to operate on a contingency basis. ABSA's and their attorney's action have made it virtually impossible for me to earn a living.

I have a PR permit i obtained in ,through work permit and marrying to SA citizen which she divorced me in after she cheated on me.We have kids .I first applied an ID in but it didn't come out and I have tried several times now they are saying because of divorce they can't help. On the permit it states clearly that the permit will lapse in 2 years save the cause of death but we stayed more than 2 years. I have visited the divorce court they told me the permit is still valid but the DHA officials are giving me tough time. I want to provide a future for kids.

Cz it involves two siblings that have two PTO's of the same plot that belongs to their late mother....one for the sister who was verbally appointed by their late mother to take over the plot n the house. Against an Older brother who's PTO was done late last year by the same tribal court. The Tribal court reason being that the sister is a woman and so she can't own a property. PTO means (Permission To Ocuupie Land. And it is issued by the tribal court. The sister's PTO was done in . And the contrasting brother's PTO was issued by the same court for the same plot and a house on that plot in INDANDA.

I have a court order for maintenance, it has not been honoured by the plaintiff. I have had many cases reporting it to the maintenance court, they have tried serve him to call him to court unsuccessfully, sheriff not able to deliver the summons. He claimed he lost his job, he is now working and also has a new company registered under his name. He was once garnished but has defaulted on payments for over 5 years. I need to have his employer served to process a garnish order. To recover the arrears and continue to pay what is due. My case and file sits at the children's Court in Johannesburg CBD. I am struggling with school fees, and supporting our daughter's needs while he just continues to live his life.

When i to clientele that my ex husband is contracening the 2 sections of settlement agreement, I was told I need to find a lawyer as clientele can't help. I subsequently cancelled my policy but they still debit my account.
I'm an unemployed 62 year old man staying in the backyard of these people who felt pity for me about 8 years ago and gave me a place to stay. Now they have give me notice to vacate the place by month end .I have resources to rent anywhere as I have no job.
