Good day, I trust you are well. I am writing to request your assistance regarding a possible claim against the Minister of Police arising from what I believe was a wrongful arrest. I was arrested on allegations of three counts of rape and spent approximately four days in holding cells, followed by seven days at Pollsmoor Prison. The criminal case was thrown out yesterday the the 28th September, subject to confirmation. I am looking for legal assistance regarding an unfair dismissal matter that I have referred to the CCMA. I have already attended the conciliation process, and the matter is proceeding to arbitration. I would like to consult with a labour-law attorney who can review my case and advise me on how best to present my evidence and arguments at arbitration. Briefly, I was employed by Edufocus CC as an Administrative Officer. I was dismissed for alleged misconduct, specifically gross negligence and dishonesty. I dispute the allegations and believe that the circumstances leading to my dismissal, the disciplinary process and the reasons given for my dismissal were unfair. There are a number of issues involved, including: • My employment duties and lack of formal training; • A written warning relating to alleged performance errors; • Allegations concerning leave and my reliability; • Events leading up to the disciplinary hearing; • An alleged settlement/termination agreement that I was asked to sign; • My refusal to waive my rights; • The disciplinary charges of gross negligence and dishonesty; • The circumstances surrounding my dismissal; and • The evidence I have available, including emails, WhatsApp messages, letters and voice notes. I do not want reinstatement. I would like to understand my legal position, the strengths and weaknesses of my case, what I should focus on at arbitration, and what compensation or settlement options may be available to me. Ii have fixed my mother in laws house under false promises and pretenses. Over . rand later she and her grand children and children tried to get rid of me but I took retention on the property and refuse to vacate the premises. I signed a mutual seperation aggrement , was given 24 hours to decide that or a disciplinary. I didn't get a copy of the evidence. What can I do ? This was signed already and believe I should have received a larger compensation as this was a rush agreement and out of emotional fear I signed since I had no time to think about it.

Good day I have a very sticky issue concerning my fathers (whom is late) estate, my mom claimed the estate we only had one family meeting with the lawyer and after he sent someone to make me sign some documents that I didn’t even receive a copy of, the. He emails me stating that the estate is closed or closing ! Funny how I have a different redistribution form that my mom gave me around /4 and I remember when we had the meeting when I raised that she gave me a look and shook her head as to say I should not bring that up.
