Hi. I'm looking to purchase a 96 sqm flat and I would like a quote on what a bathroom remodel would cost, specifically addressing a water leak issue in the wall that's leaking through to the linen closet. And while we're there, I'd like to get a secondary quote on what a kitchen remodel would cost and the time frame involved. I would like to get quotes from multiple builders with minimal invasiveness to the current tenant.
This company is registered two months ago, and we are in need of a public officer and bookkeeper . We are not yet in operation, I'm still setting up to start in January . I need to get my tax certificate , but need a public officer to do it for me. My request is for a public officer for my company.
I need to replace 2x clear bronze IBR lengths (2,mm x approx mm). The IBR roof section covers the area between the main house and garage. Access is available from the flat garage roof. The IBR profile is mm wide, lower flat =mm, upper flat =30mm. Fastened onto wooden joists with screw-bolts.

I have tried to submit a case to Roodepoort Magistrate's Court for child support payments. The case has been ongoing since July and I cannot seem to get traction. It stalls at the maintenance investigator. I am sure that correct legal proceedings have not been followed and my case has not been presented to a Magistrate. I am still unable to claim any form of child support from the biological father despite the fact that he is living in Cape Town and actively employed.
Looking to build a 3meter high wall in Munster, South of KZN close to Port Edward. The yard is about sqm, but looking to go with a phased approach where we start with fencing or walling the back of the yard which is roughly about 4 to sqm (from the back to the sides of the house) or 12meters (only the back of the yard) to start. I need qoutes on a Palisades wall, PVC fencing or Bonnox Mesh Fencing with materials and labor included.
I have a 2 or 3-phase project with the primary objective focussed on the bathroom: Bathroom: - take out the bathtub - do waterproofing in preparation for, and install a walk-in shower - retile bathroom (floor, shower, walls - not certain of height of wall tiling yet) Living/kitchen area: - retile as initial installation was done poorly - most tiles are loose. Stretch/optional goal: - integrate battery inverter to unit's power supply The supplied/attached plan is what I came up with after several iterations of different ideas. It's not % final and lacks detail such as the shower floor slope, but should be sufficient to get a ballpark quotation (I think). The entire flat is 49m², the bathroom is about 4.3m², the living room/kitchen area is 16.5m².
Well I am not in South Africa and I will not be at any point this year so I will simply just stay here in Angola but thr issue I am taking care of fica documents in nedbank and the money is there and I received from a client and I usually manage the house remotely so I need to pay people and more. I am looking for ways to get this done quickly.
