We are thinking of replacing or optimizing our roof. It is thatch in Marloth Park. Insurances are not really happy when I asked about putting Harvey Tiles on, but we want to do something to have low maintenance and fire risk. I saw the shingles. What is possible to replace thatch to have no issues with the insurance? Needs to be done in dry months.

I got a small garden inside a complex area but the weeds are getting out of control, I also have weeds between the paving which I would like removed. Given the size of my garden regular monthly maintenance should be enough, however I would like some design and landscaping work done to clean it up more.
