This is on behalf of a refugee who has been here since - with renewed refugee permits every 4 years. As of , Home Affairs stopped cooperating with regards to giving an updated permit. There is currently a standing application with the Standing Committee for permanent residence as the refugee has established a full on life here despite being born in the DRC. They have no life left for them there as they arrived here at the age of 4. I need a quote on what it would take to finalise the process with the standing committee

Our tax code was changed many years ago, resembling office workers, when we are in fact Seafarers who are working locally, on South African ships, for the South African Government, sailing in South African waters. We feel that our labour law rights are being infringed upon by our Company and the matters of dispute can only be cleared up by going the legal route.
