I'm in a tricky situation and could really use some advice on how to move forward. About a year ago, my divorce was finalized. Before that, my ex-wife and I were living in a house we rented from my mother. The house is still in my mother's name, but now my ex-wife won't leave, even though she has her own place and family to go to. We're hoping to sell the house so we can use the money to buy my mom a place in a retirement home. Any advice on the best way to handle this would be much appreciated.
I am currently in the middle of a contested divorce that has unfortunately been dragging on since March . I already have legal representation, but I am not satisfied with the service provided there has been a lack of communication, several delays, and ongoing uncertainty about the progress of my case. To date, a settlement agreement has been drafted, and I was advised that it had been shared with the other party. However, I have received no further feedback from my current attorney regarding whether the settlement was accepted, or if a court date is required to proceed further. I have had to do all the follow-up myself, and despite repeated requests for clarity, no proper updates have been provided. At this point, I am exploring the option of appointing a new attorney who can assist in moving this matter forward with urgency. Please note the following: No assets Only debt and retirement savings to discuss Children involved (19 and 12 years old both studying) No support from the father since i moved out at the end of November

My sister did a letter of authority claiming she is the only child left while I'm still alive. She claims also that I am not my father's child so I will do a DNA test if it proves that I'm really not my father's child I require 50% of my mother's percentage so I want to sell the house to avoid many conflicts between the two of us I don't know what to do
Im not sure if this is the right path to follow... My son, who is in his matric year, got accused before class of theft. It was his own Mtech workpiece. He asked the teacher to take the measurements to prove its his own butbthe teacher laughed and refused. My aon left his class to rwport the matter. The next day the teachers had a meeting with my son, without contacting me whatsoever, i was not present. The accused teacher turned everything that was said and claimed he never accused my son..They teamed up against him, laughing and saying you better hope the camera got something, because your classmates word wont do it. So my son went and asked to view the footage
Landlord refused to pay back deposit after me(the Tenant) took him to court. And after I received the Judgement on my favor, then the Landlord open a fresh case now after 2 years of the Judgement on the same Rental. And the landlord lay a false claim that I damaged his property at the time I was renting his property last 2 years ago. That is a false allegation
I am seeking legal assistance regarding former tenants who vacated my property at the end of September . They left with an outstanding amount of approximately R70,. A letter of debt acknowledgement was sent to them; however, they have not responded or made any further contact since then. We would like to take the necessary legal steps to recover the outstanding amount and would appreciate your guidance on the most effective way forward, including possible court action or debt collection procedures.
