They responded within 10 mins of me posting the request and they were on site within 2 hours. The initial quote was reasonable. I needed additional items and those were supplied and fitted and did a minor service as well. There was a minor issue but on informing them, the team was there again within a few hours and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Would I recommend or use them again, yes given the cheap price, quick response/turnaround times and because carried additional spares so it was a one stop call.
