We like the idea of stone coated steel tiles or metal roof tiles. I attached some draft plans. It is not final yet and it will take some time to get it approved.

Would like to bring under your attention that the newly constructed stairs at checkers by your company are a safety hazard especially for elder people as the tread depth of the stairs are too narrow. My shoes size is no.8 and is hanging over the edge of the steps! I did notify the NHBRC and Checkers Head Office as well as Checkers Management where you are currently working. I am trying to prevent any accident and or claims that may be coming forth in future if someone gets injured.
