Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?

This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.
Making enquiry as so how much this service would cost for 20 full days. The property has been burgled occasionally (property not the main house) and currently being sold to new owner. The 24 hour guard would be to keep vandals / thieves from entering the property or main house until sale goes through.
I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. Please respond to my query via email. There is a system already installed we need Both, monitoring and armed response. I am moving into a new home on May 1st and the landlord has mentioned that there is an already installed security system that just needs to be linked to a monitoring and armed response service. This is for a semi-attached house in Parklands.
One 6,4 meter gate. More or less One 2.7 meter. More or less. The two gates must meet. The long gate must be in front of the garage doors. Then other gate can be pushed open . We have a caravan that must be able to pass through the small gate. The attachment between the two gates must be able to go down when taking out the caravan.
I have a complete alarm system with beams and sensors installed but it's the old model which is now malfunctioning cause it needs the original code which I don't know because I bought the house from someone who didn't use it at all now I called someone to help and he suggested I put a new one with newspaper and remotes.
