I live in UK and had two s I was involved with that need closing. They both closed in and So both are messy one off jobs I have a qoute f both from a name given by my lawyer who they use. But they operate out of Gege and in dealing so far with them I'm not happy. I think think they would help SARS me than me. Plus they did nothing from January to June Both s were based in Durban I have been in UK from end of and I'm 81 so lost all contacts in SA plus probably difficult to deal with.

In need of assistance with obtaining an irp5 as my ex-employer has left the country and the business is no longer operational. My irp5 was not submitted to sars and can't get in contact with the employer. I have all but my last payslip, a signed affidavit stating my employer is unable and willing to provide me with the oustanding items, full statement, previous employers details. I just need help with getting an irp5 prepared for submission. I am also currently unemployed however I am freelancing.
I currently work and live in Muscat, Oman. I travel home for the holidays (6weeks in August and 2 weeks in December) each year. I earn roughly R per tax year from my employment overseas. I believe I fall under those who are exempt from paying tax due to being out of the country (South Africa) for more than the days and 60 days consecutively, however I don't know what to submit. I am able to do my tax return I’ve already completed it I just need to submit, however I am uncertain on how to claim back tax on a death beneficiary, I have misinformation, I got under k and still got taxed just under 80k, I contacted my momentum for my lates father irp5 to of the fund so I can claim my tax back but I was told I’m not the holder so I can’t . So I can already file my normal tax return, it’s the beneficiary I’m uncertain about
HI there, I please do need these financial services and specifically help with SARS for 2 businesses. I have a consulting business working in the field of clinical trials. It is just myself currently and only 1 project, however I do need support with the tax aspect. Additionally I have 3 apartments (2 currently listed) on AirBnb and Booking.com in Mosselbay and Cape Town. I also need booking services and SARS help here.
