I would like to institute legal action against ABSA and their attorneys who thought it would be a good idea to freeze all my bank accounts. I have done nothing illegal. I have a PR permit i obtained in ,through work permit and marrying to SA citizen which she divorced me in after she cheated on me.We have kids .I first applied an ID in but it didn't come out and I have tried several times now they are saying because of divorce they can't help. On the permit it states clearly that the permit will lapse in 2 years save the cause of death but we stayed more than 2 years. I have visited the divorce court they told me the permit is still valid but the DHA officials are giving me tough time. I want to provide a future for kids.

Cz it involves two siblings that have two PTO's of the same plot that belongs to their late mother....one for the sister who was verbally appointed by their late mother to take over the plot n the house. Against an Older brother who's PTO was done late last year by the same tribal court. The Tribal court reason being that the sister is a woman and so she can't own a property. PTO means (Permission To Ocuupie Land. And it is issued by the tribal court. The sister's PTO was done in . And the contrasting brother's PTO was issued by the same court for the same plot and a house on that plot in INDANDA.
