I am writing to respectfully request assistance and possible legal representation in my divorce matter. I have already instituted divorce proceedings myself and the summons has been served on my spouse. I want to dissolve a customary marriage. I paid lobola (as a first payment) and when i went back to finalise the last payment. She then refused the process should continue. We never slaughtered anything or did any traditional ritual. It ended just like that. I just need this letter being send from a lawyer I am writing to request that we both commit to following a consistent weekly parenting schedule for our 12-year-old son. Children benefit greatly from routine, stability, and predictability, especially as they grow and develop. A clear and consistent schedule helps provide him with a sense of security and allows him to focus on school, friendships, extracurricular activities, and family life without unnecessary uncertainty. I have become concerned that the agreed arrangements are being changed frequently and that our son is sometimes being placed in the position of communicating or deciding changes between us. I do not believe it is appropriate for him to carry that responsibility. Parenting decisions and any changes to the schedule should be discussed and agreed upon directly between the two of us, rather than leaving him to manage these conversations. Unless we both mutually agree otherwise in advance, I ask that we adhere to the established weekly rotation. If a change is genuinely necessary due to exceptional circumstances, it should be discussed between us beforehand and agreed upon by both parents. Our shared priority should be to provide our son with a stable, predictable routine that supports his emotional well-being and ensures he is not placed in the middle of parental arrangements. Husband abandoned us, left me to live in my car for two months with my child, while he had a full on relationship with a stripper, moved in with stripper and lived with her at his parents house, bought her an engagement ring and was planing a live woth her. Also had 4 other females he was having affair with. All while still married to me, lied to me about not wanting a divorce, wanting to still be married to me and have a family and future with me. Asked for money from me, also while getting money from stripper to pay his debt. Not once has he provided for me or put a roof over my head.

I cheated and that what cause yhe Separation. Now he has a daughter with another lady. We are still married in community of property. We do not have any assets eg house or any business. He us the one paying for the children school fees.
My ex and I walked into mediation with a parenting plan and he completely lied and changed the agreement we both signed to take with.... also he has a history of domestic violence, emotional abuse ect with my son and I. I genuinely just never want to deal with him again. I do not believe he is in my sons best interest.
