Good attitude

The turnover on my requests takes long before it gets attention and i still have not resolved my business requirements

Clients want to register for Vat. First registration was rejected due to not enough income declared for vat registration. 2nd application was done on 23rd October. Still in process with SAR. Sars turnaround time on vat registration is 21 business working day. Did follow up with Sars and I were told it is still in the turnaround time. Did try to call client but no answer since yesterday. Did ask him to let me know when iIcan call but no response back from when i can call him.
