7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
- We are turning a single dwelling into two dwellings. - We are using the house at present and adding another level to make it a Three storey home. - First two levels are built and minor changes will happen on ground floor & first floor. - We will remove roof and add another level onto the house. - The third level will be the top level (This will be Kitchen / Dining / Living / Guest bathroom / Master bedroom and en suite.
I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

We are the school with no sufficient funds and would like to ask for fence donation. Our school was burgled more than 5 times and 75 laptops, 2 colour photocopiers 75 learners tablets were stolen by the criminals. They even cut and steal electricity cables of our school. It happened several times. Our Safety and Security is not intact. We are a no fee school since mist parents ate unemployed. Most of our learners are orphans. Extention of property & remodel interior to open plan. Scope includes foundation, walls, roof and swimming pool. Roof shape and pitch has changed and so roof trusses need to be redone but re-using existing tiles. There may be a need to top-up the quantity of roof tiles. The approved plan is attached.
The job will require customization with clearview panels or similar with a doubling up of panels on top of each other to achieve the required height. Deck under house to be closed up like a cage. The height is 3.3m all around, Approximate sizes: two gaps to be filled/ covered: 3.5m w x 3.3m h each (planting post will be a challenge so frame mount suggested) one 5.5m w x 3.3m h one 2.5m w x 3.3m h where I will also need a big door size/like gate of preferably 1.2m w) If not achievable by clearview panels galvanized storm fence also welcomed. The previous owner changed the double garage into 3 rooms using drywall. All the power points in the rooms come from one plug and extension cables. I want to change this by installing 2 additional plugs mounted against the drywall. It would be preferred if the cables run through the ceiling and against the walls. A separate light switch also needs to be installed.
