The church floor needs to be re-painted as the paint has peeled off due to rainwater. The area that requires painting is square meters. We'll be using stoep paint in the color red oxide. Before we start painting, the surface preparation will involve removing any loose or peeling paint and cleaning the surface to remove any dirt or debris. Once the surface is clean, it must be completely dry before we begin painting.

Email me please. I am preparing our Body Corporate's Ten-Year Maintenance Schedule, so I need to get an idea of the cost of painting the units. We are not ready for the actual work at this stage. It would help to get the price for one of each type of unit, as our budget won't stretch to doing all the units at once. We need to repaint the one-storey units in our Complex - 15 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom. They will have to be painted in relays as we don't have the budget to paint them all at once.

Windows and Doors need be varnished on the outside only. 5. Deck is for a small pool and needs to be prepared and varnished (8x6) 7. A small block of flats needs help maintaining the 10 single-car wooden garage doors, including 1 that was recently installed & painted, and 1 that was recently installed but not yet painted. Here is the work that needs to be done: A) 8 older garages - Exteriors need to be sanded, primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interiors need to be oiled (silkwood/linseed). B) 1 brand new, unpainted garage - Exterior needs to be primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interior doesn't need oiling (was just done). C) 1 recently painted garage - Exterior needs 1 layer paint (to match other whites), but no sanding/priming needed. Interior needs to be oiled (silkwood oil provided by owner). See photos of some of the garages for reference. We'd like a quote for labor, paint, and oil.
