Good day, I'm looking to renovate a bathroom which is too small, removal of all fittings, take down a wall 2.4x1.8 and rebuild it 1.5m to extend the bathroom to 3m length. Fit new toilet, sink and mixer and build shower base install shower and screen, waterproof, remove old kitchen sink and fit a new one with tap, fit a tap and point for washing machine. The issue is the height of the outlet pipes requiring new sewer line dug 0.5 below to connect showers, this will needed to run about 35 m and connect to main sewer line. Fit the following items:- 1. Bath tub and connect water supply and taps with a shower 2. Sink with a pedestal and connect water supply 3. Toilet seat and its fittings and attachments i.e. also connect water supply and 4. Mount and connect the L/L geyser Electricity and water supply to it. Please Note - Wall and floor tiling operation quote to be discussed if it forms part of the job.
The window dimensions are approximately cm wide × 80 cm high (see attached photo). I would like to close off the fixed window pane with a wall and install an aluminium opening window in the remaining side (so the new window can open).
