We'd love to change the design, install a whole new roof. Perhaps extend the height, I'm wondering if you do other stuff besides the roof. Am concerned water collecting there could cause wood rot. Hasn't had bitumen redone for a year or two Needs redoing.

I now live in an old farm house in which the carpets are very old and very stinky. I have a budget. I got a quote for vinyl flooring with skirting amd sealant and self-leveling, but it's too far above my budget. I'm willing to do laminate and see what's the best quote I can get. I wanted sealant because there seems to be water coming in, but we've sealed the roof and the courtyards where there's water build up during rain.
