I am at the stage of enlisting SMMEs for Advisory and Support services in my Small Business Consultancy business. I am enticing them to enroll for my services, to mentor them from habitual subsistence operating levels, to rather more professional and self-sustaining entities. But, I want to start off by establishing a platform where I will be showcasing their services, my (In-house) offerings, and a key strategic brands' adverts for monetization purposes, thus generating revenue to create unique, or niche-specific websites for maximum SEO purposes with Google rankings. My W/S, and theirs, to be synchronized with their/our Social Media pages for maximum exposure. Thus, my start-up capital is not sound at the moment. I was thinking about a few, e.g. 2 Landing Pages, to start with, for affordability sake. Then grow organic, open more pages and additional products and services without any distressing, tied Cashflow pressure, from your company in particular. So, you stand to benefit from a cultured, groomed pool of businesses that will also be having their sites developed by you (D/C), for they would be running sustainable businesses, financially sound and well managed especially on the Budget sides, i.e. Cashflow Management and Management Accounts, which is suspect for most businesses including big operations like SA Municipalities.
