Please note that we put up a carport, only sheets and wooden beams. The structure was already there when we bought the house. We are currently selling and had no idea we needed approved plans when putting up metal sheets. So we need these plans to be drawn up fast so that we can get approval. I have a tenant that is refusing to leave. He was on a month to month contract after the original 6 month lease expires 2 years ago. We have already served a notice if non renewal with two tenant witnesses and gave him 1 calender months notice. He has displayed disturbing behavior which is making the other tenants uncomfortable. He is also allowing an employee of his to stay on the property he is renting and is withholding monies owed. We are looking for help will filing and eviction notice and a rental interderdict to protect our interests. We have a massive amount of evidence for distruptive behaviour as a well as a legally recorded admission that his employee brought a prostitute onto the premises which proceeded to cause a scene to the point where the police had to be called
