My wall is wet, doesn't get dry even after painting

Entire house on the outside needs to be painted, walls house, gates, carports, carport floors, windows, windows sills, trussers, roof
Currently 3 bedroom house. Would like to add another level on top.Would like more advice regarding how to go about with the renovation.
New apartment with bare furniture. Would like to find out the cost to decorate from a professional.

Hi I am busy purchasing a house. In my ‘Offer to Purchase’, one condition is that I want approved Town Council Plans before transfer. I have been emailed a soft copy of the plans. Is there a service where these plans can be checked compared to the house and verify that the plans are in order. If not in order, draft a letter, stating what is out of order, so it can be attended to. What would this cost? Thanks Kind Regards

Need assistance for my Longe and Dining room furniture colours
I am looking at a modern structure (cement, glass, steel and/or burnt wood) in a forest with magnificent view on a steep site about m2 under cover. The area is sandy (next to Kosi Bay) in Manguze). We are planning on a two storey, 4 bedroom home (2 Master suites - ground and upper level) with a covered rooftop deck to capture the views. The one bedroom will have multiple bunk beds. Triple garages and minimum 4 bathrooms. The structure has to be long on the front for the view, 1st floor with a lot of glass. The living areas below need to be open plan and open up to the garden. The area of the land is about mxm.
