We have recently moved into a house in Brooklyn. The garden is terrible with no structure, the back yard was overgrown in ivy. We have removed dead an unsightly trees, most of the ivy. Left with bare walls that is extremely unsightly. Would love a low maintenance garden, preferably evergreen plants especially round the pool area, create some privacy from neighbors and select a grass type that will work in full sun as well as shade. A general overall is required. It an old house and would like the garden to blend in with the architecture. Good day. I have 2 bathrooms I want to renovate, main bathroom and ensuite. The main bathroom is about cmxcm and the ensuite is about 98cmxcm (my measurements could be slightly off). The current bathrooms need to be stripped and we will replace everything. The bath will be replaced with a shower in the main bathroom. We will be using a xmm tile which is R.36per m2, floor to ceiling (floor is matt tile and wall is gloss porcelain). Both shower floors will be walk-in with a ‘Charcoal Textured Unglazed Porcelain Mosaic Sheet xx6mm’ which is R40 a sheet. Shower system to be installed in both are waterfall with hand shower. Vanity with basin and mirror to be purchased at Tile Africa (R5 + R3 ), toilets as well (R2 each). We want to buy the shower system, faucets and drain covers (long rectangle) at Temu (will this be an issue?), which will all be black. The ensuite will be done first, then the main bathroom after. This is to ensure that we have functioning bathroom whilst the other is being completed. The current pics of bathrooms attached. I also need to add plumbing for the washing machine and dishwashing machine in the kitchen. Wondering if its possible to stack the washing machine on top of the dishwashing machine, but there has to be something stable fitted to hold the heavy washing machine. The plumbing will have to be done from main bathroom side as the kitchen is right next to it (corner by window, where bath is now).
