I have a sagging roof. Previous repair was done 4 months ago. It doesn't look like it was fixed or the work was done badly. What I need done: ROOF SAG (MAIN BEDROOM) 25 SQ METER Remove the existing roof tiles over the affected area. Remove the existing 38 x 38 branderings. Supply and brace new x 38 top chords using 12mm bolts and nuts. Jack and level out the roof. Supply and install x 38 web supports. Supply and install new 38 x38 branderings where necessary. Re-fit the existing roof tiles.
The door should be made of a good quality wood as it is not an inside door but is a outside door and therefore will receive the normal Winter rain thereon and sun in the Summer etc. A hinged door would be recommended. Require a solid hardwood vertical slatted design. Such as SALIGNA and or HIGH GRADE MERANTI.

I have a tile roof with 2 chimneys. We recently had old solar geyser removed and I would like a few of the holes to be sealed with membrane as it currently is only sealed with silver tape. I also want new membranes and waterproofing around the two chimneys. We are getting new PV solar on 17 September so I want the membranes done before the PV installation. There are a few things we need to do. Firstly, we are close to the ocean. We need to replace our existing carport frame with something that is not going to rust. The pole and pangola needs to be removed and that area be an indoor braai area with an indoor braai installed. The side of the house needs to be covered also. The floors need to be levelled and tiled. The tap in the back yard needs to be moved to the front of the house. A retractable washing line needs to be installed. The outside walls needs to be plastered and painted. The braai area needs windows. Plug points and lighting need to be installed
