We currently have an alarm system installed and linked to a Security Company with armed response in case we need a response. The current alarm system I think has reached it's life span and we are looking to get a new one installed maybe with beams as an extra depending on the cost. I am the manager at a retail store that is about meters square, the front door entrance needs to have an alarm installed and the back door emergency as well. Had a security incident last night, almost had someone coming into my flat while sleeping, luckily woke up and shouted at person that ran away. Was told to get an alarm as it is safer. I'm in a flat complex. I am often away from my flat, so need something that I can get monitoring on my phone if possible?

The property consists of 3 bedroom house and then there is a 2 bedroom granny flat that I would like to have security system installed as well as armed responses. Possibly a system that can be controlled from the telephone to switch certain sections on and off at times. Outside beams maybe x4, Door protection x 9 then inside eyes possible x 4. Hi there I'm looking to replace my traditional windows in two rooms in our home with double glazed. I'm based in Radiokop, Jo'burg. The dimms are: cm (w) x cm (h) INSIDE of that are three smaller windows: Left - 46cm (w) x Centre - 54cm (w) Right - 46cm (w) Obviously those could be replaced by whatever is the best option in your opinion, but would still need to have some opening windows there. I'm a Trustee for our Body Corporate and our AGM will be held soon, before the end of July. I only wish to have a suitable quote to present at the AGM. My thoughts are to have a surveillance pole that covers Summer Place and Glendale remote gates and also cover the front wall, facing Topham road. This would be - 52 / 54 Topham road. Another thought - only surveillance coverage for certain hours? Possibly eg. daily from 10 pm to 4 am. This is just a thought and your input would be much appreciated. With all the overall high price increases - we can only afford to pay what is really necessary for certain hours - although I do realise that the daytime is just as bad. A separate thought:- Our 2 complexes are situated just across from Girls High School - their back entrance/exit into Topham road. Possibly a surveillance pole that would cover the back entrance/exit of the school as well? Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes!
