It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters). Good day i need some assistance regards to a quotation for my roof . my house is insured by auto/ general The pass winter we had some water leakage from the ceiling and due to the heavy rains it left a hole in the ceiling ,so then we knew that somewhere on the roof there might be a leakage, thats why the water was coming through the ceiling , all our rooms are now moulded , Please can you send someone out to come and give us a quote , regards
Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a entrance hall. We'd like all ceilings painted, doors and door frames painted. There's 5 doors.
