Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. I need the gate installed, a new gate and if you could do the sheeting then it's a bonus but we can also purchase this and install it ourselves, just want to make sure what ever is quoted that it is possible to do.
The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. Need a double door opening to outside. Currently there is a wood and glass door and frame in the position, would like it replaces with aluminium and glass doors and frame. I would like a black metal frame gate with fibre cement panels that go vertically that are also black. Attached is an image for the gate. Note that you cannot see through the gate and that is how I would like it. The gate needs to be 3.5 meters wide and 2 metres tall. I would like the gate to come with all the security measures needed to make sure someone does not try break in.
40 years ago we built a new office block but using wooden bay windows from an old Parktown mining magnate's house which was being demolished. At the time we restored the wood and repaired all the lead glass windows, however, over the years, the treatment we have been using has obviously not been any good and they are now in desperate need of repair or replacement. Please call me to discuss the problem and give us idea on the practicality of repairing or replacing these windows and possible costs. This involves a bay window frame, 8 windows and 8 fanlights.
