The specific rooms that desperately need attention are: - courtyard, that we would like to enclose into a functional laundry + storage (5-6m2) - the kitchen (10m2) - 2x bathrooms (combined = +-11m2) Additional concepts might be needed for a built in bookshelf/ cabinet above our queen bed, and a linen cupboard in the hallway. Possible redesign / storage solutions for the open wooden staircase. We are looking for a total remodel and cohesive feel throughout the space: ie. tiles, wall finishes, cupboards, light fixtures/switches, (tiny) kitchen solutions for appliances in these spaces..

No one in a family member was a witness….. my dad passed on and the woman have been living in my father house with her kids , chased out some of my father's children. Now it been years she’s been trying to sell the house without anyone in a family member agreement. She’s saying she’s got 65% shareholder rights and 6 of us , have less percentages.
