Good day I seek legal action to sue the Estate Agent for negligence by not following vetting process whe n placing tenants in my property. Full compensation of 12 months rent for loss of income plus damages. The tenants abandoned my property 3 months after vacancy from July to October . I have lodged a complaint to PPRA, I have recieved a reference number but I am not sure if this compensation with come through PPRA or if i need to take this legally.
Last year my girlfriend got a new job in Pinetown. Our daughter initially stayed with her grandmom, but due to some issues we brought her to stay with us. My girlfriend then had to quickly find a pre-school near Pinetown. She signed a contract that requires a 3-month notice. Our daughter attended the pre-school in October, November, and December. The plan was that from January we would either find a maid back home or enrol her at a pre-school next to our house, which is R cheaper and registration is way to cheaper and it right next to our flat. In late November we informed the school that our daughter would not be returning in January, believing the contract would end in December due to the school break. The school responded saying we must give a 3-month notice. Because of this, we stopped making alternative plans. However, in mid-December we received an email requesting registration fees for next year, which confused us. If the contract is continuous, it is unclear why re-registration fees are required. This makes us question whether the contract is valid. Our daughter is 3 years old at this stage it is not a requirement that she goes to pre-school. I would like an attorney to review the contract (once I obtain a copy from my girlfriend, it should be somewhere in the house), advise us on whether it can be terminated, and, if possible, provide a letter to the pre-school to terminate the contract, better be a legal document to avoid the back and forths. **Services needed:** 1. I applied for late birth registration in ivory 2 home affairs everything went well even got the receipt and received the acknowledgement text telling me to check in after 3 months . My brother and his friend were enjoying themselves in tarven on the 22Dec the time was around 00:00 and they were singing someone came and wanted to join them and my brother refused to sing with that person and he said he can not sing with small boys and that person beat my brother in his face my brother then my brother's friend try to resolve this matter after a while the cousin of my brother friend came assuming that her cousin is the one who is in this matter he borrowed the knife from his friend and stab that person who was chasing my brother and he died on the spot now they are in prison the court date is on the 6th of January for now since were very confused we said as his sibblings we don't have lawyer he must use the state lawyer is the any possibility for the intervention of private lawyer? We're worried about this because he is an orphan
I am in private wound therapy practice for 38 years, self employed. I also teach the only university wound therapy course available in SA as a post grad speciality. Since I have no employment contract with the university, I am thus an independent consultant. The university have "found me guilty of unethical conduct" for charging students for revision classes and been instructed to reimburse the students. The disciplinary process was not followed, the "investigation " findings have been forwarded to at least 4 people at the university. I want to sue for reputational damage(I have a killer CV) , Loss of income and future income.

I was unfairly dismissed in by Home Affairs. Since I've been assisted by another attorney in Pretoria but the matter is dragging too slow, till now I haven't attended hearing,the court is not issuing date for hearing and the employer is opposing my case? I don't want to lose this matter I am struggling financially due to loss of job. I have tried to submit a case to Roodepoort Magistrate's Court for child support payments. The case has been ongoing since July and I cannot seem to get traction. It stalls at the maintenance investigator. I am sure that correct legal proceedings have not been followed and my case has not been presented to a Magistrate. I am still unable to claim any form of child support from the biological father despite the fact that he is living in Cape Town and actively employed.
Well I am not in South Africa and I will not be at any point this year so I will simply just stay here in Angola but thr issue I am taking care of fica documents in nedbank and the money is there and I received from a client and I usually manage the house remotely so I need to pay people and more.
