Landlord does not want to return deposit after end of lease. He has never completed an ingoing inspection and completed an outgoing inspection without my wife and I. He wants us to fix issues what we made him aware of during our 2 year lease. And whenever something was needed to be fixed in the apartment, he never fixed it.

I'm suspended at work because of accusations where by a security used a bag in cooler that had my name on it to place stolen goods and when I knock of he asked me to take it home with me. And I didn't know anything about stolen good we stay in the same yard now at work they believe that I was collaborating with him and he never told me anything he confessed after he was fired now the footage shows me smiling with him and they strongly believe I was part of his doings and I smile with almost everyone at work and I have a bubbly personality. I was even thinking of asking lie detecter test because when I speak during structured interview they twist my words
I am an unemployed 25yr colored male . I am being implicated in the following indictments : Murder read with sec of criminal law Assault with intent to do bodily harm Kidnapping Defeating the ends of justice Public violence I was part of a group of people involved in assaulting the deceased in the house after he attempted to steal stuff out of a house after he burgled the property but I have no part in kidnapping or public violence or the other charges..The kidnapping charge relates to when the owner of the property tied up the burglar and took him outside his property. This is where the assault continues where I had no part of. ( I only had part in assaulting the victim in the house) Public violence relates to when other people of the community started to assault the victim (deceased)
The defendant has been served with the divorce papers. the papers are in the Nelspruit Divorce court since last year . We have attempted to draw the settlement agreement with Christo Smith attorneys, she delayed the process, the Smith did not take the matter urgently. Since i was the one who appointed the attorneys. She was not contributing towards the legal fees while she was benefiting in the process. I want to have my attorny that will represent me on the drafting of the settlement agreement. She must appoint her atttorney too. I need the settlement agreement be drafted and finalised as soon as possible
My daughter is 19yrs old, hardly Recieved support from father, he only paid maintenance since the divorce in up until Oct I approach him in January to help with her study fees for next 4yrs, and he's refusing. She finished first year at UWC as a Nursing degree student of which I supported her throughout.
A debt review company is just taking money out of my bank account but not paying my creditors. I just want to pay my creditors on my own. I never agreed for them to pay for me. I also want to be removed from this useless debt review program that I was tricked into when they called they are reducing my interest rates.
Only thing I have is my child birth certificate , copy of the manual marriage certificate were with the spouse. She had destroyed it, I can get a copy from.the school , which they require and court order or attorney letter to have it printed and due the circumstances of the school they will not release the marriage copy due the POPI act , we were married foe almost 10 yrs , but the marriage was never registered atbthe deot of homeaffairs .
Its a despute over my lost dog that was found people refusing to return my dog as they state they found the dog in neglected state. Which is true as it was lost in raining weather. Called police and they went with me where the people stated that they will come along with the spca to inspect that the living conditions is safe for the animal in the morning, the police then advised me to go to court to get an letter of demand
