Now he has been running around, Buyer's lawyers struggle to find him to sign the " property Transfer docs", after he promised several times to do so or meet with them.., with failure. It’s a small beach pool. The gunnite surface is coming off when we scrape the walls while cleaning. Those little gravelly bits are loose & now just collecting on the bottom of the pool. There are also cracks. The pool is about 25years old. I don’t know what the size is in litres or square meters. But at its deepest it’s shoulder height and I’m about 5.6 f tall.
