I would like to request a quotation for polishing existing wooden floors at a residential property in the Vaal Triangle that we are renting out for a Homeowner. The property has a lounge, dining room and three bedrooms, approximately 50 m� in total. The wooden floors are old, dry and scratched. I do not require sanding or full floor restoration. I would like to know whether the floors can be treated and polished to improve their appearance without sanding.
