We have a carport but want to change the frames because it's rusting. Need to install and build a built in braai which will form part of the entertainment area. We also want to add to that and make another room. The carports had plans years back but not sure if it is approved (but it is installed). Plans could be at Athlone Department. Everything else needs plans. Currently have a braai but needs to be broken down. Artificial grass to also be installed by the entertainment area.
The project consists of two parts. The first is a garage attached to the house with a garage door. The second part is a boundary wall and gate. We need the current structure dismantled and a new wall erected. The gate will have a small pedestrian gate attached to it and it will be a sliding gate. The attached pictures show the design we are going for.

The main focus of my business is to sell diferent products and services and make sure that more people can have access to my products. I am basically reseller of diferent products from diferent sites and shops and would like to have one wabsite to reach more people and have more oportunity of business.
We are getting married in February and so far we are planning to do it at Beyond the Moon in george on sunday the 18th February and want to do a spitbraai with mutton/lamb and chicken and roast potatoes and a salad and pumpkin fritters (pampoen poffertjies) and roast veg and/or cremead broccoli and cauliflower or something similar. Perhaps another salad or garlic bread. And also would love to do a bread table before hand after the ceremony (late morning / early afternoon) with some jams/preserves/paté and cheese only. We have about adults and 20-28 kids most of which are all under 10 years old, actually most 6 or younger. That is if everyone shows up. We don't need desserts but if the service for a cooldrink / water table exists that would be great for with the bread table as well. We are moving from Wierdapark to Midstream on the 30th of November. We can start moving from early morning and I would like to be out of the old house by 14:00, because then the new people would like to move in. We live in a two bedroom house, including a study. There are an L shape sofa (5 seater) including coffee table, TV cabinet and TV (have original box for TV). The sofa splits so that the two pieces can be transported easily. There is also a 6 seater dinning table with 6 chairs. We have 2 double beds. There is one double fridge and one smaller single fridge. There are 3 small bed side tables. There are two desks in the study that fully disasseble, so they are flat during transport. There is one additional foyer table that needs to be transported. The rest of the house is packed into boxes - there should be about 50 boxes in total.
