I've resigned at a company and on claiming my MIBFA it was approximately one years short payout, now the company has an agreement with MIBFA to catch up on payments with no set date when I would receive my outstanding monies , and MIBFA itself is dead end for answers , they mailed me and said I should ask after 1 or 2 months. While I was away on waiting trial attending the case she took my children away make sure I didn't get contact with them but they didn't found me guilty in court then after that she took everything out of the house the car including my clothes make my dogs died .
