My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance. Toilet repair: Cistern was leaking; daughter and gardener dismantled the parts in an attempt to repair the leak but couldn't reassemble the parts. Kitchen sink mixer - cold tap leaking so that it has flooded the cupboard. New washers? New mixer?
The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me

Require a quote for a repair for a water meter with a leak on the incoming pipe from the main in the street, to entering the meter. The meter is old apparently and the brass or copper pipe seems to be rusty and is clearly leaking at the joint. It possibly has more leaks.
