I was brought feom JHB to here with contract. I was promised a removal and commission and permanent employment after 3 months. I was offeredaccomodation that would be taken off my pay. I have now been given notice due to non payment of the house. I have not received the commission and no permanent contract. I also have been given a hearing today for gross neglegence and insubordination today after I enquired yesterday about my payslips. I was told by my boss his phone isnt paid but my house is.

The wife is currently having an affair. She regularly disappears and will not answer calls during these periods. She gets very angry when asked and will not account for these periods of no communication. I secured some security footage for a day she was supposed to be at work. She still denies it and prefers we separate. She is never home on time as a result she comes home after 7pm every week night. She disappears on a Sunday +/- 4 hrs. The guy in footage is a Traffic Cop at Ekhuruleni. I need to build a case to support a petition for full custody. Helper is frustrated and powerless and kids only spend saturday evening with her after 5PM. I am currently on course overseas.

I have been divorced for almost 6years and for the past year or so the other parent has not been adhering to the parenting plan. He lives with his parents and it appears that there is an issue wjth his dad and the kids coming there. I do not know all the details but the kids are 15 and 10 and when they need to go to their dad it is a struggle and sometimes they do not go. I would like to either 1. File a motion for contempt of court or 2. Have the parental plan changed to dictate the current circumstances.
My cousin who fought with my sister open a case for me since I was trying to stop them by beating both of them on their feet since we were tired of stoping them.my sister was is jail for 2 days.
