I need to remove and reinstall 2 of my aircons, between 2 houses. Dining room & main bedroom. I need to do an exchange. From one free standing house to another free standing house We are moving houses, our current house has new aircons, we are moving to another house where old aircons are installed. We would like to exchange these aircons between the houses and move into our new house with our new aircons & move our old aircons to our current house.
The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. My dad is having a small 60th birthday. The theme is Western/Country, and we want to keep things simple, but tasteful. His wishes are that it be held in his family church building in Wetton (not sure exactly where, but will get details this week) which can take up to 80 people (although we are only inviting 50 guests or less). Although we'd prefer a plated event, we're mindful of the fact that the church does not have a kitchen from which your team may use to cook/reheat food, only a side hall that they use for other smaller functions (this will be ideal for the catering set up). So we're likely to opt for a buffet-styled event. There are two seating styles we are looking at: either banquet style where long tables will be set up in a U-shape or round tables with 10 persons seated per table. This is largely dependent on the interior of the building itself, which I'm inspecting later this week. For now, I need to know what packages/costs we are looking at for catering, and more or less what are our options from a food perspective within a range of budgets - so that I can discuss them with my siblings. This is for my daughter's wedding. She would like to have lamb shanks appear on the menu, it can however be a bit expensive so I would like to also be provided with some alternative options.
