Agent presented an OTP, did not explain any of the clauses in the contract besides saying it’s for banks approval for the bond and a legal binding document and nothing else. She gave us 46 pages, showed us where to sign in less than 30 minutes we than left. We require help in regards to additions made to properties in a sectional title complex. most properties have had some sort of an additions made to the property where is is adding a roof, or building closed a braai area. I have been married incomunity of property since but been together for 18 years and I'm a house wife since then.
