My elderly grandma is living in our beach house in Plett full-time. She struggles to move around, so I want to put about five railings up, for her to hold onto around the house. Need water proofing repairs done ( scrapping plaster down , sealing cracks / water proofing cracks and replaster ) and then repainting entire house and perimeter walls). Need roof tiles to be looked at to see if they can be extended by one more tile around the entire house. Or solution for that. Gutters were flattened down against roof recently. But water still came through in certain places with this heavy rain. ( because they weren’t angled down but now that was done).
